I am so blessed to have an amazing little girl. Today is her 8th birthday and I am sad to think that she is already that age. However, I could not be happier with how incredibly beautiful, kind, giving, polite, cuddly, innocent and FREE SPIRITED she still is. I am so so grateful for that. I can only hope and pray that she continues to be like that as she grows, matures and changes. It was not an easy task to bring into this world safely, but I am oh so glad she stormed in and changed me forever.
I always wanted a little girl and I could not be more proud of who she is than I am right now. Thank you for being mine. Thank you for blessing me every day with your love, kisses and endless compliments. Thank you for treating others kindly everywhere you go. Thank you for being such a great Big Sister to Jack and an amazing Little Sitster to Cameron. Thank you for being Daddy’s Little Girl and Mamma’s at the same time. Thank you for loving nature, pets, frogs, bugs, mud, worms, snakes, birds and US. Thank you for late evening jumps on the trampoline and for wishing on shooting stars with me on the patio. Thank you for dancing on my feet in the kitchen, for bubble baths and clay masks with Mamma in the jacuzzi. Thank you for waking up every day with a smile on your face and for being an incredible dancer and student. And thank you…thank you…THANK YOU for being MINE. I love you more than life itself. Happy Birthday Sweet Sweet Addison.

Well Monday was a very sad day at the Krupp House. After almost 6 years of having a kind, loving, tolerant and loyal companion, we had to say good-bye to our Labrador Retriever. Tucker had his moments. He loved to take off for an unannounced run when he got a chance which usually resulted in one of us getting in the car to hunt him down and bring him home during the most inopportune times. Sometimes, he would pace around to the point that you would go crazy inside and be unable to concentrate on what it was you were attempting to do. He would hang out right under your feet and you would trip and fall because you forgot he was there. He would want outside in the middle of the night right when you had just fallen asleep.
BUT… he also always knew where our three kids were and made sure they were always safe and watched over. He especially looked after Jackson, our little wild man. From the day Jackson was born, Tucker would go upstairs and hang out at Jackson’s door while he napped during the day. He never stopped doing that. Then at night he would climb into Cameron’s bed where he had his very own blanket and pillow at the foot of the bed. I never could figure out how Cameron could sleep with a dog pinning him down by the legs but he loved it. Nonetheless, he was a really really good dog, a really really loyal dog and we were blessed to know him, love him and call him a part of our family.
Cameron has had a really rough week. Tucker was HIS dog. It was clear. No one else, just Cameron’s. Those of you who have never really been blessed to have pets probably cannot believe I am even using up virtual space on a blog over this. But those of you who have, know exactly why our family is so sad and why I have a little boy who is having trouble going to sleep at night without his best friend. You also know why our house is strangely quiet now and why everything is just different.
Cancer is funny like that. It takes people from you and it takes pets from you. Actually, it is not funny at all. It is just one BIG bummer all the way around if you ask me. Please keep Cameron in your prayers as he is clearly struggling with this. He is a little boy that at the young age of ten has experienced more loss than I care to share right now and to him…this is just another one that doesn’t get any easier.
Tucker~ Even though you had your moments that made me sigh and wonder why I had decided to ever become a pet owner, you brought us WAY more joy than inconvenience. Thank you for your undying loyalty and your unconditional love. You are deeply missed!

I know he looks like KUJO here but he was just yawning after a nap.

Sophie misses you too! She keeps looking for you!

Oh what to say? What say? Sometimes I think I sound like a broken record because I truly am blessed with awesome clients who bring me amazingly, beautiful little miracles like this one. I can actually hardly keep up with all of the newborns we have had in the studio this year. They have been plentiful for sure and I LOVE IT!!! Miss Estella gave me a run for my money for the first hour or so and I think her mom and dad were wondering if we were going to get anything or not. I kept reassuring them that we would and just had to be patient. This was the result of our patience….Enjoy!

I completely loved those little piggies.

I would also like to thank Women’s OB/GYN at Covenant in Saginaw for allowing me to display my many many newborn and maternity images over the past few years. I personally go there and the doctors, mid-wives and entire staff in general are all amazing to work with. I delivered my third child Jackson there and we were well taken care of. People are making maternity and newborn photography a priority in their lives and in their budgets and we are very blessed and grateful to be so busy capturing both of those amazing times in your lives.

Meet Steven… Another great looking senior that Cassie had the pleasure of working with. Check out those BLUE EYES. I figure I am always blogging my clients but thought I would share some of the awesome work Cassie and been creating. Again, she loved working with this Senior Guy. Often times our Senior males give us a run for our money and act like they do not really want to be there, but not Steven. Remember Seniors, you have as much to do with how your final images turn out as we do from your clothing choices, your awesome attitude, your hair, personality, accessories and so on. So make the best of yoru experience and have a great time doing it. We promise to make it pretty painless on you.
Thank you Steven for being SUPER COOL to work with.

Well, as you can tell this Senior Beauty is a ROCKSTAR! She was a complete natural in front of Cassie’s camera and was definitely up for anything. A perfect model with super cool clothing choices and she played right into the lens. I know Cassie had a BALL working with her. Thanks for being such a great model to work with, Amber.
We hope you are enjoying your senior year and having a GREAT TIME!
