Don’t miss out! Regardless of your beliefs or which side you are on, please don’t miss the boat on registering to vote. I got a kick out of this link that another one of my fellow photogs found. It is pretty funny and makes a very good point. How important is it to you? If you are old enough to vote and you don’t then please don’t feel you have the right to sit around and complain about how things turn out. We can all make a difference. Will things turn out how we want them to? Maybe. Maybe not. But let’s all do our part. This is a BIG DEAL! It is your responsibility! Thanks for listening to my little public service announcement. Warning: some profanity.

Well, since I posted images a while back of my youngest two I thought I would share a few of my oldest guy, Cameron. He is a special one indeed and although he is only 9 he tends to act about 25. My old soul and gentle soul. He got a bit jealous when I did pictures of the youngest two but I had to remind him that I asked him to be in those and he did not want to.
I have since cut his hair a tad but for the most part it is very similar. I am seriously considering cutting it all off very soon though. Too much work! Nonetheless, he is one of my miracles and I simply adore him! He wants to be a movie star or singer someday and hopefully if he continues to work hard that will happen if it is truly his dream.

These little guys definitely gave me a run for my money. One of them had a very strong personality which I could completely appreciate as I have a child who does as well and he has the same name, not to mention that I have the same personality myself (strong willed and stubborn). Sometimes when you have two this young you just have to go with the flow which is exactly what mom and dad did. We didn’t get that PERFECT family shot which can happen when you have two toddlers so young, but I always enjoy working with them and love the shots that we did get. They drove 2 hours for the session which I also can appreciate and am grateful for. At any rate, they are beautiful boys with AMAZING eyes that are going to either get them into a lot of trouble or OUT of a lot of trouble in the future. LOL!
I may have to share a few of the out takes from this session as they are actually quite halarious. Mom, I still think you should do Christmas cards of the family ones. It would be one people would never forget that is for sure. Enjoy!

Hillary is the third of three sisters that have come to me over the past three years. I am so glad I got to work with all of them and see their differences as well as their similarities. They are all beautiful and I do not know what mom is going to do without them all in the house. They have clearly raised some beautiful and amazing young women. For that they should be very proud.

Here are a few of Alyssa. She was great to work with and her mom was great too. She was one of our beach sessions. Our beach here is not the greatest as there is a lot of muck in the water. So, I usually stay along the tree line or if there is any standing water on the beach then I can utilize that. Alyssa and mom, sorry it took me so long to post some of these.

The last weekend in May a group of my girlfriends and I planned a trip to go see Sex and the City and go out on the town. We had a great time and got some great shots of good friends and moms who don’t get out a whole lot as our lives are so busy with children, family, and work. Just wanted to share these.
We all went in on a limo so we would be safe, got decked out and had a blast. It was funny because I cannot remember the last time I went to a grown-up movie. We must take time out for ourselves as well to enjoy life and re-energize ourselves once in a while.

This summer for us was a crazy one and one in which business and personal things needed to come first. Keith and I have attended 4 funerals since June. It still saddens me that some amazing people are no longer with us. We all need to realize how blessed we are and how short life is.
At the beginning of the summer we lost my husband’s father. He was a great man whom I always loved and adored. Although we did not get to see him a lot, he will be greatly missed. He always had a kiss and a compliment for me and I will miss him greatly. It is always so tough to lose as parent at all and then to lose them so suddenly is even more difficult to stomach.
Keith’s father was 70 and still an avid golfer and gardener. Then out of the blue he had a massive stroke and is now no longer with us. Please keep his wife and children in your prayers and be grateful for your parents. Do not expect perfection out of them, just appreciate who they are and how blessed you are to have them in your life at all because before you know it, it is over. Final. Done. Just like that. He lived a great life, loved his golf and his Frank Sinatra, and said he “DID IT HIS WAY.”
We miss you Pappa Kruppa and know you are watching over us and playing lots of golf wherever you are.

Well, I digress. I have failed to post once a day for 365 days. Actually, as soon as I set that goal it seemed like life got beyond crazy and I failed miserably at doing it. So, that being said…I have a new goal in mind. To post 365 photos before the end of the year. That will hopefully make up for my lack of participation on my own blog. As those of you who follow my blog know, I LOVE LOVE LOVE to write. I think when you set a required amount of time to do just that it can stump you and ruin your creativity. At least that was the case with me. Nonetheless, there are hundreds and hundreds of photos both personal and business that I have to share with you all so that will be my new goal which I will hopefully achieve.
Have a great day!
