Well, all I can say about this one is that we worked hard to get some very special shots of this little one. Mom had something specific in mind that is not typically easy to pull off. AND…….patience paid off. We worked hard and laughed hard to get them but we pulled it off. MOM, I will not share those on here until you get to see them in person first.

Grandma was super cool and was so helpful and just plain pleasant to be around.

As for BABY “N”

If you grow up to be even half as beautiful as your mommy, you are BLESSED. You already are! It was a joy to work with you all and I look forward to working with you again in the future. Thank you all for your sense of humor and for not giving up on getting those SPECIAL SHOTS!!!

She was fun to work with and had her own true sense of style which as a senior photographer, I love and respect greatly. It shows through in her pictures and it is always to have fun when my seniors come with unique clothing that is stylish and fun. Here is a sneak preview for her and YOU to see…

Oh my goodness! Perfection! Pure Perfection!!! I know I say that a lot in my posts with newborns but rest assured I am not talking about my photography. I am simply talking about the little babes that I am always privledged to photograph and the parents that I am honored to meet and work with. How does it get any better than these little guys. Identical? Well, they think so. However, they are not 100% sure.

At any rate, they are perfect in every possible way and this couple was so perfect together. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to photograph your family and your precious little babies. They are just so so SWEET!

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to say quickly that I am sorry I have not blogged much lately. The studio has been beyond booked with endless sessions and then I just got back from a week in Chicago with my little Addison who had her National Dance Competition. The whole team did great and it was a wonderful experience with some dancing like none I have ever seen. I also had some other business in Chicago that I hope will work out in the near future as well. SHHHHHH…..it’s a secret!

To all of our recent sessions who are hoping to get a sneak peek of their session on the blog…..all I can say is I am working on it. Sometimes we have to just get the work done before blogging can occur. But rest assured we hope to be caught up VERY SOON! Thank goodness to my girls at the studio for working so hard while I was gone last week and holding down the fort.

I have tons of thoughts in my head and things I would just love to blog about though which is why I keep a notebook with me most of the time. It figures that I would have things to WRITE come to me when I am at my busiest time of the year. I guess that is how life works. Hopefully they are all still there when I do get the time to BLOG them.

This family first came to me when their first child was an infant and now they have a son who is 1 year old already. I love the interactions that they had with each other. The personalities of the kids came right through. It is often tough to get great shots of families with such young children but we managed to get several shots that I love. They all four have these amazing blue eyes. The youngest little one was a bit fussy but once he pulled his diaper off he was an whole new person. I wonder if he is going around home naked more often. He was a little ham. Then little miss “K” the big sister was just a doll. You can find her on my website in the baby section with the red and white polka dot dress and head scarf on. She wore the head scarf again in these pictures for a few. LOVE HER LOOK! She is so unique and beautiful.

It was great working with you again “G” FAMILY. I hope you love all of your pictures and are able to enjoy them for many years to come.

This was a beautiful young couple that I enjoyed working with. They had a sense of humor and were super laid back. This little peanut was so sweet with HUGE blue eyes and the cutest little dimple in her chin. She looks just like Dad to me but with mom’s cute little nose. It was hard to believe when mom walked in the door that she had just had a baby. She was so tiny and fit. It was great working with both of you and I hope you like your little preview of images from our session.

Oh…and I have to say that in 8 years of photographing newborns, I have never had one come through the door with painted toes. I have to say, it was pretty cute.

Miss “B”

I think my favorite new baby age just might be 6 months old. They are usually sitting up and truly have quite the personality Rockin’ by then. I loved this little munchkin. She was so full of LIFE and was so HAPPY. I love what we got from the session.

Bring on the 6 month olds everyone. I had a blast!
