Well, this little one was so fun to work with. I loved her personality and she was a seasoned pro at getting her picture taken. Her mom was so kind and I loved hanging out with both of them. It was fun capturing her spirit and just letting her play and be a typical 6 year old. My favorite part of the day was when she got in the fountain and started splashing around in her dress. By the time she was done, she was coverd in water and so was mom. I hope you like your little preview. We will see you again soon.

Here is one of our NKP Seniors who traveled from North Carolina to get her pictures done here. She saw my work a few years ago while vacationing in Michigan and has had her mind set on coming here. I could not wait to meet her and her mom and felt very honored to have someone from so far away want their pics done at NKP Studio.
Unfortunately, my father-in-law passed away on the same day that they were scheduled for her pictures. Here is where Cassie comes in. She took these photos and gave Hope and her mom very much the NKP style and I look forward to seeing what they think of their images.
I cannot get over the striking resemblence between Hope and Sarah Jessica Parker(From Sex and the City) which by the way, if you have not seen, you are missing out. I loved it! I will post pics from our fun girls night out to that movie, our limo, and our great time soon.
Hope, I wish I could have met you and your mom in person. I am glad that Cassie and Bree took such good care of you and I am jealous. I heard you were both super cool and that mom was really laid back and artsy. I am planning a trip to North Carolina(Raleigh) to see an old client and friend who moved away so we will have to meet up then. Mom, to answer your question to Bree, I would LOVE to move to NC and explore opportunities there. Time will tell. We will have to have dinner and talk about it.

Here is a senior that I just LOVED working with. Her mom was super cool too which was a BONUS. We had a great time and as you can see, she made my job easy. This is Miss “R” and she is beautiful on the inside and out with eyes that turn heads. She also put lots of thought into her clothing choices and brought some things that were different from head to toe. Lots of cool heels, a great hat that I WANT, and check out the vest she wore in the alley.
Seniors, be sure to think your clothing choices through and if you need help choosing, just bring extra and we will help you pick out things that are sure to look good.
Mom and “R”, I am sorry you had to wait so long to see your teasers. I will post a bunch to make up for it. LOL! Enjoy!

As promised, here is a view of some of Cassie’s work. Much much more to come. I love how this session turned out and I wish we could pick up this barn and put it outside the studio. This is Miss “S” and her Big Bro. She will be a senior this year. Cassie, has anyone told you that she looks like your little sister? I LOVE these so I am going to show a lot!!!

Well, after three or four years now of booking completely out in the summer through the fall, I have decided to bring on another photographer at Nichol Krupp Photography. This has been a huge undertaking with lots of things to consider and put in place before taking the big leap but it is now time to let NKP continue to grow and succeed in a great direction. For the past two years we have booked out at least 4 months by the end of June and this year we booked up through September during the 2nd week of June with our Senior High School Students.
We had lots of disappointed parents and seniors last year that we could not fit in simply because there is not enough of me to go around and shoot all of these sessions. So, I am happy to announce that NKP Studio has a new associate photographer that many of you may already know. She has been training under me for 3 years now and is now ready to take on the role of photographer and see where it takes her.
Her name is Cassie Satkowiak and she is almost as spunky as I am and way cuter. She has worked with many of our regular clients over the past few years and I assure you will do a great job as our New Senior Associate Photographer. Cassie will also be shooting some babies and children but for now her primary focus will be to take care of our senior students and their deadlines. I will continue to shoot EVERYONE that I possibly can including our seniors, families, babies, maternity and newborns. We may even start taking on weddings again very very soon as this year alone we have turned away at least 30-40 weddings. We shall see.
This is not only going to contribute to the growth of NKP Studio but also will enable us to take on more sessions here at the studio and hopefully avoid turning clients away. You will be getting a very similar style of photography that you would get with me as well as someone who has lots of energy(like me) and a desire to provide you with some amazing photography. All of the Final Portraits leaving our studio will look like Nichol Krupp Photography and that is our number one goal. I have spent 8 years defining my style and trying to set myself apart from others in the area and that will only continue. We will remain up-to-date, hip, chic, different, and AS ALWAYS…FUN!!!!!

We already have a waiting list for our Seniors of 2008-2009 and this will definitely be a big help in getting you scheduled here with NKP STYLE. We look forward to working with you and hope to give you a great experience while providing you with beautiful quality final portraits as well.

As I said, SENIOR SEASON at NKP is in FULL SWING and we only have a few sessions left through September. Here is our first senior for the 2008-2009. She was adorable and made my job very very easy. A very photogenic young lady indeed. It was great working with you Kaitlyn. ENJOY!!!

This is Mr. “D”
I absolutely adore this little guy. He is 3 and this is the 3rd time I have gotten to photograph him. He has such a great personality and is so darn beautiful that it is hard to believe he’s a boy.
