I totally agree, and it is hard sometimes, and sometimes we all forget. We just need to be remind every once in awhile, also sometimes we just need to be a little upset. Although I hate they the mom let it out on you. But like you said she was probably having a bad day, so at least you where there to help her get her anger out!
